Shipping Policy
1. Domestic Shipping
We offer complimentary domestic shipping on all orders. All products are subject to availability. Once an order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation containing the details of your purchase.
Our products are shipped as per the timelines mentioned on the product page, and the estimated delivery lead time is 5-7 days from the date of dispatch for domestic orders. All shipping details will be shared with you via email.
We have partnered with third-party vendors for deliveries. However, please note that we are not responsible for delays caused by factors outside our control, such as weather conditions or courier delays.
2. Delivery Schedule and Process
Deliveries are made from Monday to Saturday, excluding weekends and bank holidays. A signature is required upon delivery.
If you're unavailable at the time of delivery, the courier company will leave a calling card and/or notify you via SMS, call, or email. If the parcel is not successfully delivered and is returned to us, additional postage charges will apply for reshipping.
3. ‘Ship to Store’ – New Delhi Only
We offer a ‘Ship to Store’ facility for customers within New Delhi. To pick up your order from the Modo Caldo flagship studio, please email us after placing your order at info@modocaldo.in.
Please carry a valid ID proof (such as a driving license, Aadhaar card, or passport) for identity and billing address verification when collecting your order.

Return and Exchange Policy
All products displayed on the website are on made to order basis and are specially handcrafted for you. We make all reasonable efforts to accurately display the attributes of our products, including the applicable colours; however, the actual colour you see will depend on your computer system and we cannot guarantee that your computer will accurately display such colours.
Kindly refer to the terms & conditions before placing an order as once an order is placed we do not offer any exchange or returns. In case the garment requires alteration or is received with defects; you can email us at info@modocaldo.in, we will be happy to assist you with the same. You are required to share this information in 72 hours of receiving the order. All items are quality controlled and checked for any faults before they are shipped to customers. If you receive any item that is not in the perfect condition please contact customer service immediately.
