If an item isn’t quite right, please let us know within 24 hours of receiving it. We accept returns or exchanges for unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached in the following situations:

• Damaged or Defective: If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately with photos of the issue.
• Wrong Product Delivered: This is a rare scenario but innocent mistakes can be unavoidable. Please contact us immediately with photos of the wrong product received.

Please note:

• We cannot accept returns or exchanges on items purchased during sale periods.
• Returned items must be shipped back to us within 7 days of receiving authorization.
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
• Approved returns will be issued a credit note valid for 6 months.
