We want you to feel confident and beautiful in Modo Caldo! If an item isn’t quite right, please let us know within 24 hours of receiving it. We accept returns or exchanges for unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached in the following situations:

• Damaged or Defective: If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately with photos of the issue.
• Sizing Discrepancy: We understand that sometimes online shopping can be tricky with sizing. If an item doesn’t fit as expected, you’re welcome to return it for exchange (subject to availability).

Please note:

• We cannot accept returns or exchanges on items purchased during sale periods.
• Returned items must be shipped back to us within 7 days of receiving authorisation.
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
• Approved returns will be issued a credit note valid for 6 months on modocaldo.com.
